Sybil Anne Strimbu
Firm Administrator/ParalegalSybil Anne Strimbu has over a decade of experience conducting communications-related legal research on broadcast, telecommunications, wireless, and other matters. As Firm Administrator, Sybil manages the internal operations of Lampert, O'Connor & Johnston as well as maintains the firm’s web site. As Paralegal, Sybil has special expertise in conducting legal research regarding complex communications transactions, communications litigation and enforcement; and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Lampert, O'Connor & Johnston, Sybil was a Legal Assistant for the communications firm of Fisher Wayland Cooper Leader & Zaragoza, LLC, where she focused on client regulatory compliance issues and FCC-related transactional matters. At the Center for Auto Safety, Sybil researched and authored vehicle defect information packets and responded to vehicle safety and defect complaints. Prior to moving to Washington, DC, Sybil assisted in the design and construction of interactive exhibit components for The Western Reserve Historical Society and the Frederick C. Crawford Auto-Aviation Museum in Cleveland, Ohio.
