Wireless Auctions and Spectrum Policy
Radio Frequency spectrum is a valuable resource, essential for the provision of many innovative communications and data services. We have participated in the FCC’s auctions of spectrum licenses since the first spectrum auction in 1994 and have successfully guided clients through the process from beginning to end, including on auction-specific rules and procedures, designated entity structuring, financing arrangements, and prosecuting license applications. We also have advised clients on a range of issues regarding use of unlicensed spectrum frequencies. Our firm also advices clients on all aspects of wireless services regulatory and compliance issues.
