Justin L. Faub
Justin Faulb advises clients on a variety of regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters involving the Federal Communications Commission and state regulatory commissions.
Prior to joining Lampert, O’Connor & Johnston, Justin was an associate with Wood, Maines & Nolan, P.C., an Arlington, Virginia, firm that provides regulatory, transactional and strategic counsel to the telecommunications and media sectors, and served as a law clerk to Commissioner Jonathan Adelstein at the FCC. While in law school, Justin completed the Certificate program at the Institute for Communications Law Studies and was the president of the Communications Law Students Association, Deputy Vice Chancellor of the National Telecommunications Moot Court Competition, the Chair for the 2008 Commlaw Conspectus Symposium, and a member of Moot Court. Justin received the Dean’s Award and Extra Mile Award for his “extraordinary dedication and outstanding service to the law school community.”
